Book a private tasting at our working kitchen in Allen Park, Michigan, and experience the food, the craftsmanship, and the people behind your event. Our tastings are designed to inspire conversation, answer any outlying questions, and help you to envision your event — three courses, family-style, served at our central farmhouse table, just feet from the kitchen where it's all being prepared. You'll see how we work, meet our staff, and have our full attention for the time you're with us.
Primo — First Course
Every meal begins with a seasonal cheese and charcuterie board: Three artisan cheeses, two cured Italian salumi, and accoutrements that rotate with the season — nuts, jam, mustard, fresh and dried fruit.
Secondo — Family-Style Dinner
Choose from a pre-fix menu -or- fully customize you tasting from your proposed event menu — your choice. You'll be served a salad, two protein-based entrées, a vegetarian or vegan entrée, two side dishes, and fresh-baked rolls with your choice of salted whipped or garlic-and-herb whipped butter.
Dolce — Dessert
The meal closes with a complimentary dessert: Warm Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise, or a Salted Caramel Panna Cotta (gluten- and dairy-free, made with coconut milk). For vegan dessert options please inquire with your representative about our current offerings.

Yuengling Amber Lager, and Peroni Nastro Azzurro
Tastings are held Monday through Wednesday, in two slots: 3:00–5:00 PM or 5:30–7:30 PM. We schedule one tasting per day so you have us to yourselves. The fee is $250 for up to four guests (typically the couple plus two), with each additional guest at $50. The full $250 credits back toward your event when you book with us. Leftovers are always offered to take home.
