B&L Delivered brings the same scratch-made Brooks & Landry kitchen to you — without the staff.
Choose pickup from our Allen Park kitchen, or delivery with full onsite setup: we arrive, stage everything, and leave your spread ready to serve. Chef-prepared. Delivered. Set up. Done.
HOW IT WORKS
1 — Build your order. Browse the B&L Delivered menus and choose your dishes. Everything comes out of the same kitchen as our full-service events — the recipes, the technique, and the from-scratch cooking we're known for.
2 — Book it online. Place your order online in minutes. Once our team reviews and approves it, we'll send your invoice — your deposit reserves your date, and no phone tag is required. Though we're always a call away if you'd like help planning quantities.
3 — We cook. Your order is prepared fresh the day of your event and packed hot, ready to serve.
4 — Pickup, or delivered & set up. Grab your order from our Allen Park kitchen — or we deliver at a predetermined time, stage your catering order for service, and leave everything ready before your first guest arrives.

You may pick up your order hot and packed from our catering kitchen located at 4936 Allen Rd, in Allen Park. We'll help you load your vehicle and send you off with simple setup and serving instructions.
Delivery + Setup
$50
(Free delivery on orders over $500)
Allow us to deliver your order to your venue at a predetermined time. We will stage your buffet and handle the full presentation of your order. Setup typically takes about 45 minutes from arrival to ready-to-serve, depending on the scope of your order — if we expect more or less time, we'll let you know ahead of your event.
Good TO KNOW
25-guest minimum on all B&L Delivered orders.
A 25% deposit reserves your date, paid through your invoice after your order is approved.
Remaining balances are due no less than 7 days before your event.
Short notice? We've got you. We accept orders up to 3 days before your event, pending approval.
Service ware available: disposable chafing dishes, fuel, serving utensils, plates, flatware, and napkins can be added to any order.
Dietary needs welcome: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options throughout our menus. Halal and kosher available on request.
Prices are subject to sales tax and applicable fees.

B&L Delivered serves the Metro Detroit region from our Allen Park kitchen.
Travel fees apply to deliveries beyond 50 miles.
