Our Classic American "Picnic in the Park" is designed to give you and your guests and

upscale BBQ picnic experience with all the classic favorites to choose from!

$22 per person   3 Proteins, 2 Sides, 1 Salad, disposable chaffing dishes and serving utensils.

$28 per person   3 Entrees, 3 Sides, 2 Salads, disposable chaffing dishes and serving utensils.

 $34 per person   4 Entrees, 4 Sides, 2 Salads, disposable chaffing dishes and serving utensils.

*Minimum guest count of 25 required for any drop-off or full-service catering order.  Prices do not include labor or production fee.  For all full-service catering orders, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your catering date.  For all drop-off catering orders, a $300 deposit is required to reserve your catering date.  All prices are subject to sales tax, labor and applicable fees.

  • BRATWURSTS, a classic grilled bratwurst served on a gourmet bun with grilled onions, and a selection of mustards.

  • CHEDDAR CHEESE BRATS, grilled cheddar cheese bratwurst served with grilled onions, gourmet buns and a selection of mustards.

  • ALL BEEF DEARBORN FRANKS, all beef Dearborn franks & gourmet buns served with all the classic topping like McClures pickle relish, chopped onions, mustard & ketchup.

  • ANGUS BEEF BURGERS, 100% angus beef burgers & gourmet buns served with all the classic topping like McClures pickle relish, lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, yellow mustard, brown mustard & ketchup.

  • HICKORY SMOKED PULLED PORK, pulled and served with sides of our Carolina mustard sauce and our sweet spicy Memphis style BBQ sauce.

  • PIT STYLE PORK RIBS, baby back or St Louis style ribs, slow smoked and smothered in our sweet and smoky BBQ sauce.

  • SMOKED TRI TIP*, lightly smoked and then grilled over an open flame.

  • GRILLED GARLIC & HERB CHICKEN, garlic and herb marinated boneless white and dark meat chicken.

  • GRILLLED BBQ CHICKEN, Grilled boneless white and dark meat chicken glazed with a sweet and spicy Kansas City pit sauce.

  • NEW YORK STYLE PASTA SALAD, Tri colored pasta salad with cherry tomato, marinated olives, diced salami,

  • GARDEN PASTA SALAD, tri colored pasta with cherry tomato, red & yellow bell pepper, broccoli, black olives, cucumber, red onion, sliced carrot, shredded parmesan and a lemon honey herb dressing.

  • CLASSIC MACARONI SALAD, a classic macaroni salad with lemon aioli, red onion, carrot & red bell pepper.

  • TORTELINNI SALAD, with fresh herbs, cherry tomato, sweet peppers & parmesan.

  • ITALIAN WHITE BEAN SALAD, Italian white beans with cherry tomato, sweet peppers, cucumber, marinated olives, fresh herbs, lemon & olive oil & parmesan.

  • ANTIPASTO SALAD, a flavorful version of an antipasto salad with prosciutto, salami, red sweet peppers, marinated artichokes, marinated buffalo mozzarella, marinated olives, pepperoncini parsley & fresh field greens, Italian herb and lemon vinaigrette.

  • THREE BEAN SALAD, a classic three bean salad with kidney beans, black beans, cannellini beans, red onion, bell pepper, celery, parsley and an apple cider vinegar, olive oil & fresh herb dressing.

  • CLASSIC POTATO SALAD, a classic red potato salad with red onion, celery, dill, chives and lemon garlic aioli.

  • GERMAN POTATO SALAD, traditional German style potato salad with bacon, red onion, garlic, parsley, grain mustard, apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

  • FRENCH POTATO SALAD, a bright and herbaceous version of potato salad with red potatoes, green onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, parsley, Dijon mustard, champagne vinegar, sea salt and olive oil.

  • COLESLAW, classic Coleslaw with a sweet and tangy dressing.

  • BAKED BEANS, classic baked beans with thick cut hickory smoked bacon.

  • SWEET CORN ON THE COB, sweet corn on the cob with herb butter. (Seasonal)

  • GREEN BEANS WITH CRISPY SHALLOTS, fresh green bean lightly sautéed and tossed with crispy shallot, sea salt and lemon juice.
