Smoked Lamb Shoulder — Rubbed in our own house made shawarma seasoning and hardwood smoked.
Smoked “Pulled” Chuck Roast — Salt, pepper and Dijon mustard rubbed and smoked for 8 hours. +$1.50 per guest
